Automata - Flying Kirby

Our amazing ddi7i4d has done it again, with an adorable moving paper toy of everyone's favorite pink ball, Kirby. This model has captured Kirby during a moment of breath-holding flight while waving his stubby little arms furiously.

You can download it here.

And as a bonus, ddi7i4d has also sent us what he calls Solo Kirby, which is just the Kirby model, without the animation parts.

Kirby (Kirby 64)

Photobucket Here's an awesome new Kirby craft designed by mastermind777 from the forums!!

Kirby is a small, pink, spherical creature with large red feet (or shoes), stubby arms and trademark pink cheek-blushes.

Here's a building tip from the designer:
"The arms and feet are simple, but can be tricky to attach. My suggestion for attaching the arms and feet is to apply glue to them, then press them to the body."

King Dedede

First of all: A very (belated) Happy new year! We hope to give you more and more Nintendo related papercrafts this year as well!

You've probably seen this one already on Paperkraft.net, but I'm going to post it anyway. It's King Dedede! OH YEAH!

King Dedede is a major recurring antagonist of the series. He is a jolly penguin-like monarch known to be fat and self-centered; furthermore, Dedede causes many problems for the inhabitants of Dream Land through selfish mischief. King Dedede recently appeared in the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl as a playable character.

People from the forums probably know that I ADORE King Dedede. He's one of my favourite Nintendo characters of all time, thanks to Super Smash Bros. Brawl. His wicked personality and massive hammer makes him one of the most awesome char's ever.
And now there's a papercraft of him too! This model is from the Nintendo64 game Kirby'64: The Crystal Shards.

King Dedede's Mallet

PhotobucketWell, as most of us know, it was Drummyralf's birthday not too long ago. And since he's an awesome guy and since he really likes King Dedede, Red Yoshi and I decided to design a simple papercraft for him! And so here it is: Dedede's mallet!

There are two versions: a normal mallet (like the one in the picture), and a special Ralf Edition! (Also note that it's rather fun to knock people over the head with this papercraft)

So grab it here and enjoy!

Kirby

Our little pink hero has returned... this time in paperform! There are two versions of Kirby: One is a bit blocky, like most of Gotorion's papercraft. The other one is pretty much a real kirby. Choose for yourself what you like most.

HAAY
It's a kirby! And high quality too! ddi7i4d decided to get rid of Kirby's cooking pot and hat, and came up with this. Great for all people who'd like to build Kirby without the cooking stuff!

Ice Kirby

Kirby's breath becomes a chilly breeze that freezes his enemies solid. Once trapped in their icy tombs, they can be knocked away into other foes. It's two for the price of one! It's exactly the same in Nightmare in Dream Land, only the ability gets it's hat, which looks less like the hat in Kirby Super Star and more like the one seen in the Anime.

Basically a recolor of the normal kirby, but with a nice hat on top of it! Very well done :D

Gordo

I know this is kinda an old papercraft, but I decided to post it anyway for archive purposes. Gordo is a common enemy in the Kirby series.
Gordo is a rare kind of enemy that can't be destroyed by anything (except for pits), not even Crash and Kirby can't inhale it, all he can do is avoid Gordo.
Gordo is a simple black or blue metal ball with two big eyes, and with six spikes on its side that move in and out in unison. Gordo normally floats in the air, either stationary, or moving in a pattern back and forth, or up and down. Sometimes Gordo will just move along walls or floors as well.

Have fun!

Metaknight

I found another Metaknight in my mailbox a few days ago. it's actually a recolor of Kirby with some extra accessories. What I like about this one is that you can actually take its mask off! Nice :D

Metaknight is called Kirby's rival, and while Kirby often battles him, they have worked towards the same goals in the past. Little is known of his background other than his rivalry with Kirby, and how they share a similar appearance. He follows a code of honor, and usually gives Kirby a sword before they fight to be fair.

Metaknight, Part2, Part3

By Game The Hedgehog

It's Metaknight, the fearsome rival of Kirby. The guy with the scary mask showed up recently in the smash game Super Smash Bros. Brawl, one of the game series I love the most. I found this one while surfing through Ryo007's papercraft collection on DeviantArt.
Note that the Kirby in the picture is in our archive too! Be sure to build both of them, so they can fight till the bitter end!

Cooking Kirby

Photobucket Philipp starts to amaze me everytime he releases a papercraft. This time he decided to do a Kirby with a cooking pot. Smash fans will recognize this from Kirby's final smash in Brawl. This is probably Philipps hardest model until now, so good luck building!

Red Yoshi won't have monopoly on Brawl characters anymore :p

Waddle Dee & Waddle Doo

Photobucket I don't know really much about the kirby series. I have played Kirby on the NES for a few hours, and Kirby64 for like half an hour. So I can't really say anything usefull about these creatures. All I know is that they should be somewhere in the Kirby game.
Oh, and that King DeDeDe throws them in Brawl. Yay!

There are 2 versions of both guys. Pick the one you like the color the most. All of them are just recolors of Kirby, but I guess they will look kinda cool when finished.

Have fun!
