Animal Crossing Girl

I always thought the boys and girls in Animal Crossing really looked cute. Now that I see it combined with my favourite hobby Papercraft, it looks even more cute!

This is one of those crafts where you should not fold too much, but just let the paper do most of the work. It will look smoother

Now with PDF!

Blathers

There are only a hand full of Animal Crossing character papercrafts out there on the internet. Therefore I was really excited when I found this model from POdragon. I had to build it first to present it with a nice picture though, so that's why the posting was delayed quite a bit since I found it. It was also already posted on Paperkraft.net, a site really worth visiting by the way...

Anyway, the model isn't too hard. Only the feet might give you some trouble, but probably not too much. Just attach the toes first (and cut away any part of the toes' tab that is showing after glueing it to the foot) After attaching the toes you can close the foot.
When you have both feets finished, try to put the blathers body and head on top of it and see if it is stable. You might want to put the feet a little bit more forward or backward (whatever is needed)

K.K. Slider

Photobucket When I checked my email last night, I was surprised what I found. A very cute Totakeke in my mailbox! It's another model by Philipp, who sent me a Mario Kart last time.
I'm a huge fan of Animal Crossing, so this model was a very nice surprise at 2 o clock in the morning!

So get that tunes swinging in your room and add Totakeke (K.K. Slider) to your papercraft collection!

Pitfall

PhotobucketAnother Smash Bros Item by Gollum999: The Pitfall! This item originally appeared in Animal Crossing (or maybe even Animal Forest) and made you fall into the ground. In Brawl, it does exactly the same.

Have fun!

Gyroid

PhotobucketI love these things. I really do. I remember when I just played Animal Crossing for the first time though: I hated the buggers back then. I wanted fossils! But the more I played the game, the more I grew attached to these things. The beautiful sound they were making in my basement when they were turned on. Yeah, I loved the sound of 20 different gyroids!

Well, Gollum999 from the nintendopapercraft forum made this one in Papercraft form! Be sure to download it!

Mr Resetti (2)

My friend Biebboek posted a Mr. Resetti quite a while ago. I found another one, which looks more like the real thing. Or maybe you just want to make another Resetti, because you hate him so much. I don't care what your reasons are for building this thing. But I decided to post this anyway. The textures aren't like HD quality, but the papercraft is still cool nonetheless. Enjoy!

Nook's stores

Animal Crossing. Whether you love it or hate it, you have to admit: The buildings and characters are all really cute. Nook upgrades his store from time to time, so you can buy more stuff per day. Pretty smart racoon isn't he! Well, someone (please tell me who if you know) made all the different Nook stores. On the picture, you only see the cranny. I haven't had time to build them all yet. I might update the picture sooner or later.

Enjoy!
